Cancellation Policy – Arrivo Ride

1. Overview

At Arrivo Ride, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change.

This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which bookings may be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

2. Free Cancellation

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

In such cases, any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are considered non-refundable.

This applies because the vehicle, driver, and operational planning may already have been assigned and confirmed.

4. No-Show Policy

A booking will be considered a No-Show if:

• the passenger does not arrive at the agreed meeting point within the included waiting time, and
• the passenger cannot be reached using the contact details provided at the time of booking

In such cases, the service will be considered operationally fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

5. Flight Delays and Airport Pick-ups

For airport transfers, Arrivo Ride monitors flight information when valid flight details have been provided.

If a flight is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pick-up time accordingly at no extra charge, provided the delay remains operationally manageable.

This will not be treated as a cancellation by the customer.

6. Changes to Bookings

If you need to change your booking (such as pick-up time, address, or flight details), please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this will depend on:

• availability
• operational feasibility
• the nature and timing of the requested change

Additional charges may apply in some cases.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that the exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
